The Brady’s had the three bedroom penthouse with spectacular river views on the market in 2009 for $10.9 million but there we’re no takers. The condo is two complete floors with over 5300 square feet and comes with four garage parking spaces, six fireplaces and three baths. The place is truly wonderful. The condo fee might be a sticking point for some buyers… it’s $8200 per month. Yikes!
