Philosophy

My goal is to provide the best real estate service possible in an ever changing and demanding industry. I feel that todays market requires a broker to be more than a sales person. The market is very diverse on both the buying and selling side of the transaction. I believe that customers and clients are in need of a real estate consultant who can advise them on a number of different issues that are part of the buying and selling process.  I  feel the best way to accomplish this goal is to concentrate on three aspects that we find crucial in succeeding in real estate.

Experience

I have a thorough knowledge of the local real estate market and Metro Boston community. I know which neighborhoods will best fit clients’ needs and budgets and am skilled in short sale and bank owned negotiations. I familiar with local zoning and tax laws and know where to obtain financing. I want our customers and clients to rely on our experience to make their real estate transaction better. The main reason they should is “We know real estate”.

Technology

Real Estate is an industry where technology is an integral part of the workday. There may be no greater change in the real estate industry over the last decade. A real estate agent must be mobile, accessible and be able to multitask. The nature of our business is to serve our customers and we can’t do that by sitting behind a desk, so we need technology that will keep us in touch with clients, customers and MA MLS when away from the office. New England Real Estate uses it as our strategic advantage. The ability to offer our online office to literally taking the office on the road by using web apps and smart phones is especially important for professionals in the real estate industry.

Education

Knowledge of current real estate aspects is essential for providing clients and customer’s quality service. The real estate business involves many specialties and requires knowledge of many fields. Continuing education increases knowledge and skills while enhancing opportunities for success. The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® and its institutes, societies and councils sponsor continuing education programs for members, and award designations for specialty areas of real estate.
