Before & After North Andover MA

March 22, 2008

This North Andover property was in excellent condition but still needed landscaping, a kitchen renovation and certain changes to get it into shape.

North Andover kitchen Before: This picture makes this kitchen look pretty nice but it had some major flaws. The cook top (electric) was crammed next to the large double oven and had a low cabinet hanging over it making it difficult to use and really not functional in a kitchen desired by most people today. It had an ugly tile floor and the cabinets we’re also in bad shape although you can’t tell from the picture

North Andover MA kitchen After: The double ovens and cook top we’re removed and replaced with a 36″ Delonghi 5 burner range. The cabinets we’re replaced (home depot | Reading | ask for Greg) and granite counter tops added. (StoneOne Marble and Granite). The Tile was ripped out and hardwood floors installed which really changed the look of the room.

MA Marble & Granite

Granite and Marble in MA

When recently renovating a kitchen we shopped around on everything. We bought appliances on the internet and found Home Depot discounts for cabinets. When we searched for granite counter tops it seemed like the prices we’re the same everywhere we went.. and the prices we’re high. We  came to the conclusion we would have to bite the bullet.

Luckily we checked out Stone One Marble and Granite before ordering from another company. Their prices we’re 15-20% Read more

Before & After Melrose MA

March 21, 2008

Single Family | Melrose Massachusetts:

The Melrose property really was a diamond in the rough needing a complete facelift to the exterior and landscaping. The interior needed paint, moldings, and updating to the kitchen and baths. The home went from a dingy outdated colonial to a bright and comfortable home with a Cape Cod feel. This home went from Drab to Fab!

Melrose MA before Before: Outdated exterior colors, broken walkway, tattered shutters, old roof, shabby storm door, unappealing front door, over grown shrubs, small windows (right) and rotten porch pillars.

Melrose MA after After: Freshly painted exterior and repaired shutters, new roof, new brick walkway, trimmed hedges, new porch pillars, light post by Walpole Wood Workers and larger windows (right).
